Mothers Day

I want to wish everyone a happy Mothers Day (for those in areas where it is observed). If you love and nurture, be it human or otherwise, I think you are a Mother. Have a good day tomorrow. I am posting early because I probably won't get a chance to do it Sunday.

All my "kids" walk on 4 fluffy feetzies
I expect a GINOURMOUS hairball will be kindly dropped as a present, preferably where I step right into it with my bare feet

I'm with Lils. My kids all have four furry feet. In my case, the Mother's Day present was delivered a day early. And yes, I stepped into it.

My only kids are of the fuzzy-footed kind, too. I got a card from them yesterday (my sister sends it to me on their behalf!) and it said, Mom, today is all about you! Tomorrow, we go back to it being all about me! Happy Mother's Day! I also got an early prezzie from Humphrey who vomited on my bedsheets this morning. He's a thoughtful boy and chose to puke on something easy to clean and after I had got up. He seems otherwise fine, but I am watching out for him.
