Hi, I have run into a lil problem. I just adopted my calico persian cat from a lady who adopted her from another lady (I am her 3rd adoptee). Her registration papers are in her 1st owners name... I cannot locate them for anything!! I've tried locating their phone number, I got a phone number from the vet she was going to but thats no longer their number.. I went to the address that is on the registration papers and that's no longer their address.
I really want to and its really important for me to have her in my name. But how do I go about doing this if I can't find her first owners to sign the registration for a transfer of ownership.
I contacted the CFA and they told me theres nothing I can really do. This really upsets me :cry: , there HAS to be something.
If anyone has any ideas or can help me at all I would be forever grateful! Thank you!!
