Hello,
I think I know the answer to this, but I want to be sure. I have a blue-cream
girl.  Mom is blue-cream also, Dad is a blue pt. Both Mom and Dad have lots of chocolate/lilac in their pedigrees. So could the blue-cream girl may be a carrier??? The only way I will know is to test through UC Davis, is this right?

Yes it is possible that your blue-cream girl may be a carrier.  However, since neither of her parents is a visual chocolate or lilac, DNA testing for the chocolate gene is your best bet.  Your only other option is to "test breed" her to a chocolate or lilac male to see if you get any visual kittens.
