Hi
I feed Iam's mixed with Diamond Active Cat and Pro Plan. I have never had any problems with it. My cats all have good weight and their coats are really nice. My family members all have cats and all use Iam's.

I used to feed my cats & kittens Iams years ago... I now feed Royal Canin cat & kitten foods.  While I didn't have any major problems with Iams, I did notice they cheapened the ingredients and the quality of the food, so I decided to switch brands.  Iams is an OK food, so if that is what your kitten is used to eating I would keep him on it when you bring him home.  Many cats & kittens do very well on Iams.

I used Iams kitten for years. And then like Tracy noticed the formula change - they denied it for ages til the pet food poisoning a year ago. But, now the nutritional value you used to be able to get in 3/4 cup now takes a full cup. I never actually had any problems with it. But, did swap foods because of the formula change.
