Zeus is back to being stuffy and eyes watering. His Cortisone shot was a little over a month ago. He was perfect after the shot. The only things I can think of that have changed are his cat litter and his food. I have switched him to a grain free food (Wellness Core) from Iams kitten and he is using Tidy Cat unscented (he was using Yesterdays News). Should I start with these things first?

Unfortunatley allergies are tough. It could be food or environmental and from what my vet told me, costly to test for. He is trying to narrow things down.

I have put them all on Science Diet z/d and he said I should put hepa filters in my house. We live in a high pollen region.

2 of my cats have had cortisone and it does make them perfect....but could have bad side affects if used long term  :?
