We have new babies this morning. A male and female Himalayans. One might be a flame point like dad and the other may be a tortie point like mom. While she was having them dad kept hitting on the door and whining he wanted in to see.

This is actually her second time. She is acting really nervous though. She is in a heated room where I have the computer and bookshelves craft table. she moved the kittens on the far side of the room behind some books and stuff that she can't even lay down. If I don't lock the cage door she goes right back to that area.  I can't put her in the other room I used for all the cats with kittens before, because now there is an English Bulldog mom with 8 pups there that are only 4 weeks old this Saturday. I would like to know how to settle her down some? She did good this time with the delivery. She ate the placenta, which she didn't want to do the last time, but she can't cut the cords which I ended up doing, no problem.

well, I cleared out the stuff in the corner an moved her there with the kittens, now she is quiet and staying there. I guess she was anxious being in the center traffic.
