Two years ago, I bought Coco a tree house that he loves to pieces.  It is a bit pricey, but well worth it.  It has a swing and a cuddly place to sleep in.  Cheesy   The company ships it free of charge and offers a warranty.  You do have to assemble it, but it was not difficult at all.....this is, from a person that doesn't know much about assembling.  Here is the website if you would like to take a look.  :flower:  :paw:  :apple:

I love Angelical Cats condos.  They are very sturdy and the cats love them.  I have one that is more than 20 years old that just now needs to be retired.  They are assembled when they arrive and are quite heavy, so it takes two people to move them into place.

I have a little scratchy post that has a cup on the top (only about 2 feet tall) but both the girls like it. Maid Marianne loves the large cat tree I got from the flea market.
Darla especially loves the Big Mamma Kat Scratchy box. It's made of cardboard and she just loves it.

http://www.armarkat.com/

We have this condo and it's great for owners of multiple cats who may be tight on space.  Each of the two condo cubby holes is big enough for even my 14lb cat.  The top has raised sides so it becomes a third sleep area.  The side is sisal for scratching.  It's nicely made, I like it, but more importantly, so do my girls!

I paid $99 but I see it's on sale for $85 now.
I think they always run free shipping.

I second Susan's recommendation!  This company (Armarkat) has sturdy trees that are less costly than I've seen in stores.

I paid under $100 with shipping for this condo, which Phoenix LOVES...
