From the Orange perspective, I suppose a solar eclipse is less disorienting than a bathroom renovation. When we had a small earth tremor here, Humphrey looked at me as if to say "What have you done now, Mom?"

We had an eclipse of the Sun today. There was something strange in the newspaper saying 'birds will fall from the sky and cats behave strangely'.
I did not see any birds fall from the sky and regarding the family; Duncan, Danilo and Demetrius were sleeping together. Mother Delilah was watching her son from my dressing table with her arms folded and great aunts were sleeping together.
Nothing unusual there.

This is actually a video fail . I was trying to take some quick pics of Fluff to post for his Gotcha Day post but decided to not post this one and try to get a better one.

This video is part of our morning routine. Before heading out the door, I stop by my 'change tray' which is located next to this window on the 'cats' counter'. Cinnamon and Fluff jump up for some last minute petting. Fluff always wants the petting but he also always gives me a little nip, every morning. He doesn't come close to breaking the skin and I think he is actually playing.

Maybe if people post the time they want to chat or have questions about Persian health grooming or care they can post here too. It is now 4:24 pacfic time. Check the time zones to figure out the times in your areas.

Deborah, I really miss the old chat room we used to have years back.
It was always fun to go there any time of the day..you were bound to run into someone to chat with in there.
I've tried this new chat room that comes with the program that the site owner is running now, and it pales by comparrison for sure.
I don't find it user friendly at all..
I do hope some will go in there and have a chat though..it would be nice to have an active chat room here again

Maggie, who runs the rescue where I found the HoneyBees, has just started a FB group for those who have adopted their cats. What a great idea! Now we can see how they have grown and adapted to their furever homes. We can also share, if there are issues with their health.
