Hi, I wondered to all of those people who have registered Persian cats on the blue form you send in there is a box that asks for the breeders pin #,Whats this???Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do about this?It says if the cat is to be registered with breeding rights the breeder must enter pin # even if the cat is being registered in the name of the breeder?? Please someone out there help me with this. Thanks Stephanie |

If you bought your kitten as a pet then you don't have to fill out the breeer pin number because the breeder would have filled it in if you bought breeding rights. The description asks the breeder to put their pin number there if the new owner bought breeding rights only. |

actually, it is a different number that comes with eack litter registration, so it keeps people honest!...the person from whom you got your persian from should always have everything filled out.
myself, i try to encourage them to let me send it in for them, just to leave monies for it, i in turn get a postal mony order for it, then send it out after verification...i fill mine out for the customer and put N/A in breeder rights box (99% of the time) and then make a copy of it for my records!...i have heard horror stories about the blue slips...i now will not even allow blue slips out of the house without my verification of spay and neuter!...i will not have any of my persians used for back yard breeding...and i have made a few persons very anger for refusing to sell them a persian, oh well!

pin's are a way for the breeder to give the ok for you to breed otherwise it is not of importance to you. I have Bluie only for a pet too,, it is fun to get the papers back.. I did Bluie's generations all the way back to great great grandparents just because I wanted to see them.. Pat |

I still have Misha's blue paper lying on my desk at home. My breeder filled it out and sent it with me. The also gave me the paperwork on the family trees on both sides along with pictures of his parents. It is kind of nice to have the family lines.
