Our Lewy was like that, he was so fragile when we brought him home I was afraid to let him jump off of things lol. He's been on mostly raw diet for the past few years, and now a petite 14 pounds but nicely boned. He was really slow to mature so perhaps your cat is similar.

Dear Lynx, I have the similar undesired experience with one from my cats: I had received her from another cattery at 7 months old and 1,7 kg, but until 1 year old she has 3 kg!
My formula (I'm not vet, is my experience as breeder!):
- 2 vitamines Pet Phos Feline by day until 12 months old;
- 5-7 days by month supplement C vitamine (some 10 mg);
- 3 injections per month Catosal;
- food: Purina Pro Plan Kitten.
Good luck!

Assuming the cats has been vet checked recently and you've either had her wormed or a stool checked, it may just be that the cat is slow to mature and fill out. I've had a couple of cats like that, where they are very thin and gangly for the first year or so and it seems like almost overnight they fill out.
As far as food goes, I'd just make sure what ever you feed her is as bio available to her as possible, meaning no by-products, little to no fillers, high in protein, moderate amounts of fat and as little carbohydrates as possible.
