a present
While I'm off to Nova Scotia with a group of 9 special needs teenagers(I did this as a summer job so this is really "Piece of cake" for me. However for four days and four nights Oscar will be on "vacation" with three other cats two of which who will have nothing to do with him and a 13 year old arthritic Maine Coon named leo that puts up with Oscar I have no idea. Anyway I have been packing my stuff up throughout the week Oscar's not new to the whole "Mom's packing her things up" I already miss him!
Well today he was being picked up and he decided to pee outside of the litter box. We're not talking a miss fire here, he deliberately peed into an empty food dish as if to say "dats what I THINK of this kitten sitter business!"
Needless to say he got scolded......What a BRAT Oscar! Sigh he went to the kitten sitters anyway I think he was disappointed his tactics didn't work.
Now that I think of it I should have talked Joan and Dolly into kitten sitting I think were realitively close I'm not sure Dolly would really like "Oscar's idea of fun"

Ha...a five hour drive is kind of far to pop in and look
after Oscar..and there is no way Dolly would allow
him pass through the door up here
I am actually cat sitting my friends cat right now...well..not sitting really,
I have to pop in tomorrow and feed, water and scoop, and play and make
sure all is well. I will do that on my morning walk as I walk right by there.

I hope Oscar behaves himself at the sitter's and pees and poos where he is
suppose to!

Poor widdle man.. he was just giving you his opinion in the way that he can show displeasure most likely. We have to understand they can't tell us things w/o expressing it "their way." Hopefully Oscar will be fine and counting the hours till Mom gets back. Have a good trip.. at this point I can't even stand to leave my cats for a day (they quite a bit older than Oscar tho)!

He had a BLAST! but when I got him back in my arms he cried and mewed and was so happy and wiggly right now he's curled up with me. I could hardly bare being away from him which was a big reason I turned down a job at the camp full time. Three weeks and then you get three days off waaaaaaaay to intense for me. AND way to long to be away from my baby!
