Angel seems to be doing good. She's been cat scanned by Smushie, and she's had a pee and a snack. Angel purred the whole 6 blocks home. There is some blood spray when she sneezes (twice so far). However, no gurrgly snorty grunty sounds at all!!!! :D :D :D I have 2 days worth of oral liquid pain meds and a recheck in 2 weeks. Total was $509.60. I'll try to take a lot of pics during the healing process, but remember my camera display is broken, so shootin blind.

hmm, ok I just returned from the kitchen where she has pulled the stainless dishes out of the stand and spilled kibble all over the floor. hoping that is just the anesthesia or pain meds. Now Smushie wants to play with her. I'll try and discourage for the evening. I think Smush is happy she's home

Thank you all again for the wonderful well wishes!

Here are the morning pics before we left the house. We had one last wipe with Eye Envy and a Greenie.

  Oh, bless her little heart. That nose looks so sore and she is so sweet.
Sending lots of healing thoughts for your little Angelpuss. She is such a baby and I hope the operation works quickly for her.

O my, she looks like she's been in a cat fight! I hope she heals up quickly and is in no pain whatsoever. From what you say, the vet has made progress is helping sweet little Angelpuss.

Those last photos break my heart.... She's had too much pain in her life. I hope this nose job is the last of the major medical procedures for a long time... :cat:

Hugs to miss AP.  I know that it must be hard to see her like this; she is such a white cat so any changes are so obvious. She is still beautiful and looks quite happy still. I hope she has some good pain meds and is feeling much better in a few days. She is so sweet, and is lucky to have such a great Dad.

I know how she feels...had something similiar done to me years ago. They made my holes bigger and cleaned out some poylps and a cyst. It has made a world of difference for me...but then I am not a cat....give gentle hugs to Angelpuss.

Gentle hugs to sweet Angelpuss, may she rest up and heal quickly. No doubt Smush will be so glad her bestest buddy is back home :cat:

Thanks everyone. Like Chunky, she is enjoying her pain meds I think. Chewing on stuff and play play play all night. She has cleaned her nose a little bit. From what I can tell it looks real nice. She will feel so much better once the nose stops stinging.

I don't know where she found this mesh ball/feather thing, but she has been playing with it all night, and it's 11pm now.
