Oooh, a Russian Blue? pics please!

Yes, one of the best bits of advice I received on this forum besides go to the vet NOW! was take Smushie to a groomer :lol:

Now i just cut out the bad mats and comb what I can. I don't sweat it. It's not worth a battle and it stresses the cat.

We did a post back in dec or jan about bathing tips. try and do a search on that.

Yes, mine all get bathed except for our DSH rescue. Grooming is a whole lot easier with a clean coat - they tend not to mat up as badly. How often depends...if the cat has an oily coat it may be once a week, if not, could go as long as a month or more. Also depends on your objective to - just grooming a pet or getting ready for a show are two entirely different baths.

Russian blue... He has a lot of characteristics. Green eyes, maroone pads, etc.

I bathe Wilford, and he loves it! He's white, so I bathe him and use a nice purple shampoo to get him looking his best!
