weekend if weather says good.
She has had a lot of problems with allergies this year due to the weather, so she has to have a monthly shot , bloodwork to make sure the meds are not bothering her, she also gets the pred in chewable tabs.. for one week. She checked out her hip and front leg, as usual when she starts to play more she gets sore and limps due to her aging 8 and half now does not seem possible. She said her back leg where she has the hip dysplasia , the muscle are shrinking due to not wanting to use it. Also she check the fatty tumor on the right top of hip, she is going to due a biospy in a few weeks, it appears just to be a fatty tumor but she wants to be sure. We are going to take her to the cottage this weekend, her first time over since last year, getting her a new life jacket as hers floating away last year, by accident.. because this is a bad years for tics, I asked Dr K what we could do for her, even though she does not go outdoors,she does have a screen in porch and kitty walk.. I am afraid the tics would find her. and they come in on your clothes and shoes.. Blue cannot take the meds.. 2 years ago she gave her one dose when the fleas were so bad.. it did not seem to bother her and it worked..
She said, they have a new kind for sensitive kitty, a one time dose, but when you put it on, you put it on in three small dots, back of neck, middle of back and toward the rear end on top. so they cannot reach it, you do it one day and the next day again, they seem to handle it better.. so far the weather is looking good. poor girl first the sun dress and then the vet. but for a girl getting older she does pretty good. tough ole girl

Aww, Bluie is a tough little gal.She knows what she wants and that's it. Except for that sundress.
I do hope no fleas get her and cause problems.

Bluie it seems like you have to have a lot of torture to go to the cottage but I bet you will enjoy it.

I think I'm SOOO hilarious at the vet. They ask if I want them to give her a "potty patch" and I look at Puffy and I say "Puffy P, do you need a brazilian wax? Are you getting extra furry down there?" and she gives me the stinkeye and they take her back. They are always like "She holds so still"... yeah, I know; she has to impress Spencer. You should try to give Chunk a brazilian man wax, you'd have better luck waxing a lion's eyebrows.

Honestly if I were getting a potty patch job I'd hold very still too
