I just read the Bluie very sick post this morning and posted on that one tho I too am wondering how Miss Bluie is and sending loads of good health thoughts and prayers! Maria

Took Bluie back to the vet, her fever has broke, that is a plus, she is still very sick, but she is giving it her best, they xrayed her bowels, they are very inflamed and swollen, and thicken some. This could be caused by a virus.. she was given more fluids with vit. another shot of antibiotics , a shot for her tummy,,, and came back home with me. Since I only lived 5 minutes from the vet , she feels she would do much better here with us. At 7pm, tonight, she asked for some food, I gave her just a little like the Dr said,, she has started drinking again to. Our girl is giving it all she has,, she is still quite lethargic, but was able to give Dr K, a growl or two and Dr K, said, there is our Bluie.. thank you all for all your thoughts and prayers and kind words.. I have to take her back again tomorrow. so I am hoping she has improved some more. If the intestines do not start to go down, then we may have to do further test..
