We exit 287 to drive to Arlene's in Allendale.
We get on the 287 off of 84 coming from Danbury, CT
on the way down to Florida, and on the way back from
Florida, we get on 287 somewhere after or around Allentown, PA.

Ah ok I looked an Allendale is just south of Suffern. We always joke when we drive through Suffern...I am sufferin in suffern!! We drove that way from our family reunion in Stonington CT a couple years ago. So yeah we were pretty close to Allendale!!

Arlene have you ever been to the Strawberry Place in Nyack? They have yummy breakfast!

I drove up from Maryland so I came up through Baltimore, Wilmington, DE, Philadelphia, up past Princeton and then to Parssipany and then north and east on 287 to Nyack over the Tappan Zee bridge and then west to Trumbull, CT.

What town does she live in?

We were pretty agitated on the trip up because google maps told us to take rt 202 or 206 or whatever through princeton. All 3 routes went that way. It was a one lane road and it took us a painfully long time to get to 287. On the way back we stayed on 287 all the way around to 95.

Ahhhhh!! You were minutes from my house. Had I only know. You could have had a fabulous breakfast at my house and met the Boyz!
So happy you have the car back! What a great story. At least it is home now safe and sound.

Arlene

Thanks everybody. Here are a couple shots of the interior, I got some armorall today and cleaned up some dirty areas like the steering wheel and doors.

i was outside polishing the tail pipes and my neighbor came out and talked to me about it...said he really liked it...and then later a woman from a few houses down came over with her daughter, who is probably about 12....they asked me all kinds of questions about it. The little girl put her hands up and said "this is amazing" hahah! I loved that. Back when I had the white Mustang I let her and her friends wash it and paid them a little. I am thinking they may be knocking on my door this summer to wash it.

Makes me so happy this car...and I love how people just gravitate towards it. And now I have the neat story to tell.
