Fair Update -- Comes home today!

Hi All...just wanted to share the latest update from Amy this morning. She called just a bit ago but I missed her because I was in a meeting. Amy did leave a message and said that Fair has let her handle her mouth and do whatever she wants to do to it! She ate last night and this morning and even let the girls wash her face and comb her...so Fair just thinks she is 100%! Amy said it looks like a 70% improvement just over night....she still has some inflammation in there, which is to be expected, but she has been given a steroid shot to help with that! I cannot even tell you how happy I am to hear all this!!!!!! Fair is a doll baby! Sweet as pie but for the past few months I only see her at feeding time...she doesn't want to kneed and cuddle like she used to and I know it is because of all the pain she was in! And now there is a noticable difference! I am so very happy for my girl! So sorry she had to loose all her teeth to have some relief but so happy that she is soon to be pain free!!!!! And back to her normal self!

I will leave straight from work to pick her up this afternoon -- I will have her home hopefully by 5pm!!! YAY!!!!!

That's wonderful Heather. She has to be feeling so much better and happier. It's going to be a long day for you watching the clock so you can get out of there and get her home. I bet you can't wait to see her and give her hugs and kisses!

Yes indeed Patty!!! I'm so ready to go get her! Sad the clock IS just creeping. I have another meeting in an hour...and it is just creeping by!!!! I cannot wait to get her home!!! Fair is Baggy's momma -- so you can imagine her personality! :heart:

Heather, you must be so happy to bring her home!
Now she is no longer in pain and can eat smushy food only and feel just perfect!

I will most certainly share hugs and kisses from all her Aunties!!! Just a couple hours and I can go get my girl. I have a meeting at 2pm so that will keep me occupied and I can leave right after that meeting!!!!!
