We are having costco rotisserie chicken quesadillas - no oven required

I love rotisserie chicken from the grocery store..
I could just slup that meat right off the bones
It's a mainstay here in the summer when I usualy work
afternoons.

Hope you get your oven soon Karen....but in the meantime, just use
your BBQ!!
