Hi Everyone,

Lovely to be here.
My name is Claire and I am from England

I wanted to join as I am after some information regarding our persian cat - I couldnt find any local forums so I am hoping someone can help.

We have a blue persian pet named Jade - her pedigree name is Rendzina Blue Lagoon - she is 14yrs old - 15 this year :heart:

I would love to know abit more about her breeding/pedigree but have come to abit of a dead end. I am after any photos of any of the cats in her pedigree and wonder if anyone can help. I tried contacting her breeder but the email bounced back so I dont even know if she is breeding anymore.

Basically when we got Jade she was 15 weeks old - the original family had to rehome her due to their baby daughter having an allergy so we didnt ever deal direct with the breeder.

Welcome to the site! I'm from England too. I have 2 persian cats, Cookie and Biggles.

Jade is lovely. She looks so sweet, whether she's asleep or awake. The last photo is my favorite--she's a doll.

Hi Claire and Jade. Welcome. I don't know anything about how to check the lines but there are breeders here who, I'm sure, can give you some good advice.

Your Jade is a beautiful girl.

I think I would search for some of the breeders on the pedigree online, or, contact the association in the UK that sponsors shows and registers litters, etc.

welcome , Jade is a beauty. I will check Bluie's pedigree , one of the names sounds familar, but I live in the states. Her name is Azurine but we call her Bluie. I love seeing other blue Persians. :paw:
