This made me laugh out loud because you are not a lard *, I've seen your pictures, you turd. I got the Insanity workout videos too. I've done one so far. They are HARD. And I consider myself a fairly "fit" person. Kind of a fatty, but a "fit" fatty. I do like them because they're only 30 - 40 minutes long and that's about all I can stand unless I'm playing an actual sport. I always feel like a lard * after I play Wii with my mom or sister and I'm sweating after a few games of Wii tennis... sheesh.

Oh, for the love of all things holy, don't weigh yourself on it. They always yell. I make my Mom stand on it (she is one of those abnormal alien human beings who stays tiny no matter what) so it thinks I lost weight.

Oooohh, the Chunk weight is a great idea, I am stealing that. Stevie has put on 3 stone since moving to Ireland with me...it's crazy to watch his graph. Tis all the spuds
