Oh don't buy an orange Corvette :o
In my humble opinion, Corvettes should only come in
three colours, black, very bright red, or white..
If I was to get a sports car, and couldn't get a Corvette,
I'd seriously consider a brand new Camero..
There was a white convertable in the show room here last week
that was to die for....very classy looking, didn't have those stripes on it
that you see a lot on the yellow ones....
All leather interior (beige), all the bells and whistles....
If only you could drive them up here 12 months of the year.
It would have to be put away in the winter...and I'd have to hitch a ride
with hubby all the time, or buy a winter clucker (or just keep my Explorer)
We do have a double garage...but we like to keep both vehicals in there in the
winter, nice and warm when you get into them, and no ice or snow on the windshields :)
Would have to find a place to store the Camero.....or.....the Vet 8-)

I would not do black because I don't really like black cars...they always look dirty. I can't do white as much as I love white but I have had 2 white Mustangs and though they look so good I just seemed to get bored with them. Red looks amazing on a Corvette but its almost too cliche. lol. The Supersonic Blue is a very nice greyish blue...and the orange I just took a liking to recently. Of course the 2014 Vette is a new design and I might always decide to get one of those...and then its a whole different group of colors to choose from...my favorite car color ever is sonic blue that Ford made in the early 2000's and I actually hated at first and bought a GT in that color against my better judgement but after a few modifications it looked amazing. With chrome rims. oh dear god. I loved that car. Hottest car ever. In the sun it had a purplish tint to it and was so sparkly. If the '14 vette comes in a similar color I am in trouble.

All our vechicals are black
But I have a super car washer by the name of
Don, he is always washing and waxing...
When we go to Florida, he is the official vechical washer
for all our friends, but he will only do the black ones (although
he did do our friend's white Lexus once..but when they bought new,
they made sure to get black so Don would enjoy washing and waxing it  )

lol! Yeah washing a black car can be rewarding as they come out looking so nice. I had a black car once..an Audi. It was my ex's actually but I drove it every day since I was trying to sell my blue Mustang at the time. It got so hot inside the car.
