I now believe in miracles and owe God on a lot of promises! I was doing laundry tonight and was just thinking that I was doing the same thing this same time last week on what was probably the night I though Huggy had gotten out, and opened a cabinet door where I keep the laundry detergent and my baby popped out. I was speechless and couldn't believe my eyes. He had apparently been in this cabinet for a whole week but doesn't seem any worse for the experience. I remember looking under all cabinets and in the closets but apparently missed this one or just didn't see him in the back. I don't know why I didn't hear him crying because I was right next to this cabinet all week. I kind of feel like an idiot but I am the happiest idiot in the world right now!

I want to apologize for getting everyone worked up but want to think everyone for all your prayers, kind thoughts and words. I want to think that getting Huggy back is a real miracle, the other option is that I'm a real idiot, but maybe its a little of both.

What wonderful news!!!!!!!!!! I have locked my boys in rooms without knowing it. Persians are such quiet cats (at least mine are) that this can happen, unfortunately. You must be so relieved (and chastened!) Welcome back, Huggybear!

Glad you found him. I'm surprised you didn't hear him trying to get out! I'll
bet he's one happy and hungry kitty.

Oh, what happy, happy news!!!!!
I bet Huggybear got lots of hugs and is probably
wondering what all the fuss was about

Dolly has been shut in a couple of cupboards here also.
I'd be calling and calling her when I noticed she wasn't around,
and not once would she give me a meow to let me know where
she was!!

I am so happy for the two of you!!
Love the picture!!

Purrs,
Joan
