Smushie's_Dad, as soon as I saw her photo she was an Elsie to me. She's a persian, my first fluffy! (well fluffy cat, one of our dogs is fluffy and I used to own cashmere lops LOL)

In the meantime, Mish, you can shop around for implements of torture , i.e. Greyhound combs, driers if you plan to shampoo her, a good vacuum cleaner, lint removers, referrals to a good groomer, a camera, etc. Feel free to ask any questions you might have because there are really knowledgeable people here.

How exciting, a new arrival coming soon! Before you know it the time will come. Elsie sounds like a nice name. I named Smokey before he arrived too.

I knew Sasha would be Sasha before I found her. The Elizabeth part came after I met her. I went looking for a Samantha and she found me.
