Hi all

My youngest girl, who I was not going to breed until later this year, decided she had other plans - she developed an open pyo at the start of the year, so after treatment with AB and getting it cleared up, she was then mated under advice from both my mentors for this to be done. Not a problem for her during the pregnancy, other than having her on AB for 10 days after mating, and then 5 days before and 5 days after she gave birth. On Monday (day 65), my gorgeous Julie gave birth to 4 kittens, 3 boys and 1 girl, however sadly the little girl didn't make it past day 2 (a little black tortie bicolour). The boys though are going gang busters, each one has put on over 80 grams in 6 days, and Julie is being a perfect mum with them So meet the boys, as named by my sons (I get to pick the girl names, they get to pick the boy ones) at 3 days age

thanks all, yes they are all little darlings, but also admit that Brett is my fave too - I am so hoping he is a choccy carrier, as if so, and he continues to show his early promise, he won;t be going anywhere - would love to put him over my choccy girl, and perhaps get a choccy smoke!!!! Yum., But early days yet, but so far so good, all bubs have put on nearly 90 grams in the first week, so Julie is doing such a great job as a first time mum
