Today I happened to come across these two lovely brothers on the SPCA site.
Abandoned in their last residence, they were found in quite bad shape.. underweight and extremely matted
They are doing much better now, gaining nicely, and the coats that needed some shaving growing back out.
There is no way to know their lineage of course - are listed as "persian mix".
Whether Persians..a mix, or long haired domestics... they sure are pretty, and so captivated me!

I just "cant" have five cats though.. Visitng these sites is something I usually avoid.. The kitties just 'call" so, dont they? .

Thought I'd post their link; . just on the offchance that someone in the Vancouver B.C area would know of someone looking to add to their kitty family.

they sure are beautiful. makes you wonder why someone would leave such
gorgeous cats behind. I truly hope they find a purrfect forever home.

Yes, Mary.. they are right here in my area.. and they just stole my heart... SO tempting.
I even phoned about them, was given the number for the foster home they are currently in.
These beautiful boys deserve a home together, and I'm sure they will find one.
Just cant be with me.
Miranda doesnt accept newcomers. I tried long ago with another adult rescue that I had to finally rehome with my nephew. She hated him.
When my son's cat was livng here, another female.. the fur flew. No compromise could be reached.
Though I thought she would eventuallly adjust...she was was a far happier cat without the daily aggravation Zack brings her.

It's clear it's not just a specific cat she dislikes.. its' all of them. ( Basill is the only exception, and she isnt pals with him by any stretch either)
To add more cats to my home would be unfair to her.. just couldnt do it in good conscience.

Plus, my hubby would have a heart attack. He calls our house "Catland" now...

Oh...how sad. They are so beautiful and sweet I am sure. I hope they find a home together....it wouldn't be fair to lose the one sense of familiarity they do have....but, even if they did have to be separated...a loving home would be better than none.

WOW! They are both beautiful. It would be hard to resist taking these 2. I hope they found a good home. Amazing how many beauties are out there homeless. I can't look at the sites anymore because I get too involved emotionally. I want them all or I think I'll take them and find homes if it doesn't work out.
