Diana Gabaldon must be stalled because she's saying the next installment is not until early 2013! I've been wishing August would get here and it's not going to happen

I just started the Fiery Cross and have the next one
ready to read as well (and of coures I have already read book 7 )..so maybe a pause may be good..
There are some others I would like to read and if the author is
having a pause, this just might give me a chance to read
something else (I am a slow reader...a few pages a day)

Thank God for my kindle!!! I have downloaded many, many books from the library! I'm reading one now that's kind of oddly interesting take on the time travel theme. "Awaken the Highland Warrier" by Anita Clenney.

Cat - I'm trying to get into the Mayfair witch series, but I'm havin a hard time with the first book... does it start a little slow??

No, this one started out right in the middle of an action. I haven't read any of the Mayfair Witch series but then I'm not a big Anne Rice fan either. I read "Interview with a Vampire" when I was going to school and working as a security guard in a building all by myself at night Scared the bejeebers outta me!

I read a review on this book before I read it and one of the readers said....while she liked it very much, no one would be able to take the place of Jamie Frasier, LOL

I jsut got my mom hooked on Outlander. She is already on the third book

I'm the Anne Rice fan who suggested the Mayfair Withces series. Stick with it -- I really think you will love them.

I'm so sorry, Tomi... I must have thought it was Cat since she reads like 900 books a week I'm sticking with it and it's slowly getting better.... I'm intrigued now....
