Lani is out of surgery, there were no problems with her teeth, or mouth so it was just a regular dental cleaning, she can come home in a couple of hours. This is very good, but we still don't know why she is having trouble chewing.

yes, PC purrs sure gets a work out. So glad Lani is doing well. I hope she can eat better now.

If it's not the teeth, how about the jaw? Degeneration of the jaw joint? Muscular problems of the jaw? Heck, saliva gland issues?

She thoroughly checked her mouth, and jaw and took xrays, nothing, nada, zilch Lani has chewed funny her whole life but never quit eating when she did it, we have always known the girls were "Unique"
