I'm sorry everyone...I've had so much going on I forgot to update about Maury. Sara and I talked yesterday on the phone for about 30 minutes. She called to give an update on Maury's culture which did grow Staff and not Ecoli. And it was very slight and is sensitive to EVERYTHING so our drug choice was a good one. But given Maury's history he is on another week of Clavamox and then back for another culture in house to ensure nothing grows.
Sara also said she saw Dagmar's card on the counter up front and wanted to give her condolences -- I thought that was so sweet! And we talked a little about Libby as well because I was unable to get an appointment with her or Amy and I wanted them to be aware. Sara said she would check with Dr. P this morning to see what her diagnosis was and maybe we can get more "brains" on the issue. So I will be curious to see how that goes...I suspect I would hear from Sara if she or Dr. P think we should do something else.
Maury is doing well tho -- potty in the box is larger and more normal looking. He used to have HUGE potties before surgery but after they are smaller and more normal size...and they are getting back to that "normal" size again...no more dime size spots! And he is racing through the house and getting beat on by Fair cause he wont leave her alone....LOL Life is good where Maury is concerned.
