OMG! I'm so sorry for you. You loved him to the end and gave him a special gift of being there at the end. You could not have done more.

I know how hard this is for you and your husband, since I recently went through a sudden loss. The pain is real and you need to cry, but spend some time remembering the joy and wonder that was Lokie. He was obviously a very special kitty and that is what you need to hang on to.

My heartfelt condolences Jess. I've just gone through the same problem with Monty so understand the pain and stress you've been through. Give yourselves plenty of time to grieve for his loss. He will always hold a special piece of your heart. I hope time will bring comfort and healing to you both.

Oh, I'm so very sorry to hear of the loss of your dearest Lokie, Jess.

As the others have said, you did all you possibly could for your baby on every level. It's a crushing heartbreak, and we all understand so well how much this hurts.
My heart, thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to you at this very painful time.

I do miss seeing you post, you used to be such a regular here.

It is so very sad to lose a beloved kitty. My sincerest condolences.

In this time of sadness try to hold on to the golden memories of all the good times. As time passes the sadness will ease a little and the special memories will remain. Take care and be kind to yourself, your Lokie would not wish for you to feel sad but to remember the good times you shared together.
