The vet is always a great idea first.From your post I know the vet won't find anything wrong with your cat.In fact if you went to any shelter you will find persians who display the same issue.I am not sure if this is due to years of inbredding or just that maybe Persians need more then one litter pan.I have spoken to many Persian owners and many of them have had the same issue.
