I'm sure our long time members remember Ceylon's Do You Lilac It? AKA: Nancy my precious lilac calico persian.

Well the 1st possible due date for her 1st litter is tomorrow. She's huge!!! I'm expecting 4-6 babies. I'm so nervous as she's a 1st time mom and so excited as I'm hoping this is going to be an amazing litter. All females will be lilac bi color and lilac calico, all males will be lilac bi color and cream bi color. All kittens have a great chance of being odd/blue eyed. Naturally we'll also have plenty of copper eyes as well.

She has been a wonderful eater her entire life. Yet, she hasn't eaten last nights dinner. It's not like her to miss a meal so I know she's close. Everyone please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Oh, Chas, I hope all goes well with my lil Nancy. I can't wait to hear about this new litter. How exciting.

I actually had a dream last night of a Persian kitty that looked exactly like yours, too! So funny...I was on a cruise and sitting on my bed (instead of the usual towel creation of a monkey wearing my sunglasses) was this beautiful persian kitty (same coloring as yours) and I was thinking, wow...this is the best cruise line of all!

We had a CRAZY Sunday here at home.
Sadly, the day began by discovering while we were in bed asleep, Cest La Vie, aborted her litter. She's Nancy's older sister, a dilute calico.
She lost 4 babies. She was due in about 2 weeks.

Then while we were tending to that, my husband discovered Ava (chocolate silver tabby) had 2 babies waiting for us. She wasn't due till Tomorrow. Total she's now the proud mommy of 4. She has a lilac smoke calico (very low nose on this one), a blue bi color male, a dom. calico, and a black bi color male. Her litter seems to be doing fine.

When Ava started having the last 2 babies, I was tending to Nancy because she went into labor at long last.
She's the proud new mommy of 5! We have 2 lilac calicos, a lilac bi color female, 1 lilac bi color male and a cream bi color male. All babies are doing well except the lilac bi color female who hasn't latched on yet. I'm still trying to help her nurse.
