Hi I am trying to upload photos of Ebony and make one my avatar. I have figured out how to get to post an avatar but the picture is not the right size? Can anyone talk me through this?

I could only use Photobucket to size it right for that photo. All of my photos are in Webshots though so I have to go back and forth.
