Sending healing thoughts to Nelson and Lills. What a worry,
Nelson is such a gentleman, I hope it is not serious.

sorry guys, I have been sloppy in posting about Nelson
here are a few things I wrote
quote
Great News ! Nels will be ok within a week, vet examined him and Nels has "geriatric vestibular syndrome" (free translation). He is of course sleeping now, the tram rides and the vetvisit exhausted him (and me). I am very happy for my boy, thank you all for your nice posts ! there are loads of English language info when you google "geriatric vestibular syndrome cat"

today, tuesday
Tuesday 13.19 Belgian time :
He has used his litter box
I cleaned his nose and eyes with soft cotton balls and warm water
I speak to him an touch him and pet him, I want him to feel secure
He seems to know today who I am. He isn't afraid anymore
He loves to get gentle pets, they seem to reassure him
unquote
Thank you all for your kind words of concern and compassion !

Good news about your sweet boy Lils. I googled this and it looks like an inner ear problem -- dizzy kitty as it is sometimes called. Must be scary to see Nels wobbling like that. Very happy Nelson is better today. :fish::paw::fish:
