It seems like a birdie wanted to be added to our animal
family but misjudged his flight landing? :cry:

Woke up
this morning & found this poor lil birdie, no longer alive
on our patio. Last week it was a hummingbird at my
parents house, now this at ours. Wish we could've
helped him. Darla & Persia sure did seem interested
in adding birdie to our family. . . . . .

RIP little bird. Its terrible isnt it

I was at my parents last month and we were all sitting in the family room and I was admiring this cardinal pair. I even pointed them out to my mom, I love birds. A few minutes later the female bird flew right at the bay window and smacked against it hard. My mom and I ran out and I picked her up, she breathed a couple times and then no more. We were so sad. Buried her in the yard. I have been over there a few times and when I see a lone male cardinal in the yard I feel so bad for him!
