So Oscar has had runny poo for almost two weeks but he's eatting, drinking, not losing weight, playing and FINE otherwise.not had a food change(that was last month so it couldn't be that I don't think) and it just was a transition to the next stage of MediCal food. But I am baffled. any ideas poo experts?

One thing he's ingesting that is a change is water! Maybe when you moved home and started him on the water in Nova Scotia it isn't agreeing with him. Two weeks is a long time to have diarrhea.

It could be an allergic reaction to a new ingredient in the next stage of MediCal food. Sometimes these things take a little time to develop. Compare the ingredients in the two stages. Is there anything new? Increased grain (corn or wheat, for example)? Is the poo discoloured -- i.e. lighter than usual?

I doubt it is water. Two weeks of runny poo is a long time.

2 weeks is a long time. I would suspect the food first, and then I might begin to suspect worms/parasites.

Alternatively, he could have started on diarrhea for some reason, but his system is now stuck on 'diarrhea' mode. Try a simple 12-24 hour fast, only water, and then see if that helps. A fast allows the intestines to relax, and regroup, and stop pushing things out too quickly.
