So sad UPDATE

I went to Petco yesterday to return the Wellness cat food that has been recalled and the Humane Society was having thier weekly pet adoption. There in a cage, terrified out of his mind, was the most beautiful Himalayan. He had been shaved down and was stressed to the max

He reminded me of Hogie, big beautiful blue eyes, I have seldom been so tempted to take home a kitty. If I could have him I would, I can't stop thinking about him, the Humane Society is not a no kill shelter so if he is not adopted he will be put down. :cry:

No one was even looking at him, probably because he was so stressed and had a really bad shave job. I hope and pray someone saw what a special beautiful boy he is. I can't bring another cat into my house, mine are carriers for the T Foetus parasite

He is an adult and looked well fed, I have no idea why anyone would take such a wonderful boy to what may be his death sentence :twisted:

That is sad, but around here Persians that show up at the shelter usually get scooped up pretty quickly. I'll bet this little guy finds a new home soon.

Here he is, it says his name is Fluffy and he is about 2 yrs old, neutered. He is at Petsmart, not Petco, I went to both, thought he was at Petco. This picture does not even do him justice. Oh man I hope they find him a home, at least he is not at the shelter. It says he has been there since the 1st :cry:

He looks terrified. He is a cutie and will be a beautiful cat when his hair grows back.

What city is he located in and do you know the Humane Society's web site? Maybe you could put that information on the Adoptions/For Sale forum(?)
