I had Angel with my male, Levi over the weekend. There is only his litter, food, and water in this small room. I noticed Saturday night that Angel had vomited once and it was food. I figured she gorged herself and got sick. Sunday afternoon, I went to take her out and bathe her and noticed a few more spots of vomit. I also noticed that she felt a little lighter but figured it was from being in heat so many times, and not getting bred. I had been syringe feeding her canned food once a day (she won't eat it on her own

). Monday, I put her in a queening cage with food, water, and litter. She wasn't eating or drinking at all!

I started giving her 3cc's of a 50/50 mix of water and pedialyte every 30 minutes or so. I also did sub-q fluids to help her not to dehydrate. She was still vomiting, and I was getting really worried. Tuesday, I took her to the vet and they put 100cc's of fluid under her skin and gave her a shot so she would stop vomiting. I started syringe feeding her AD and giving her anti-nausea medication. Still, she wouldn't eat or drink on her own.

Yesterday, she totally did a 180. She started eating on her own, using the litter box, and purring. Last night, she got up on my bed and couldn't get enough love.

Today, she is doing wonderful! She is acting like the Angel I know and love. Poor Tracy! I was on the phone with her so many times. I'm sure she was getting tired of seeing my number pop up on her phone.

She was such a big help with knowing what to do.
