Yes that's right, today we went to the vet by bus there and back with no problems at all. I reckon the passengers weren't even aware that there was a cat in my soft carrier.
Tess needed to have her nails done, she is a little she devil when it's time to do it so I need some help with her double nails. Richard did a good job with me holding Tess in a pink towel, although at one stage he drew blood and had to quickly cauterize it.
Good news is that she has gained weight again and is looking so much better now. I did suspect another eye ulcer and yes I was right so eye drops 3 times a day for a week, we did avoid having to have anti-inflammatory drops which pleased me as I'm not 100% sure on that course of treatment.

That's great, I am sure she was very quiet in her carrier, so no one could hear her

It is good news that she put on weight, only the eye ulcer needs to be treated, but at least you caught it on time again.

The travels of Tess! How cool that you can take her on the bus. I don't think we can do that here .. unless it's with a "service pet." Alaska wails during the whole car ride and back to and fro the Vet so I think she might be detectable even in a carrier on public transportation Tess sounds like she was a good traveler!
