A bit of an exaggeration. ;) My boys usually meet me by the door when I arrive home. Mind you, I often arrive around their meal time. At my place, the sound of the doorbell brings at least Humphrey out to check who's arrived.

And which bit would the exaggeration be??? :?:

Wendy and Olivia often meet me at the door. Dante wants food. Spencer wants food. Clarissa wants.... who knows what -- she's nuts! And the rest often notice that someone not dangerous has arrived, so why get up? :?

It is not always because of food that they meet me or anyone else at the door. Sometimes it is because I am arriving at mealtime, but even when I arrive late at night or in the middle of the day, I am usually met by one or both of the boys. They are social butterflies.

Haha !! In only one week of having Persia, this is so true! Darla knows my car alarm and once I pull up she's at the door waiting excitedly for me while Persia is crawled up on the couch, not caring until I walk into the kitchen then she jumps on the counter waiting for more food ( :

Use to be true when I had my Krystal Pup but Moose doesn't get up when I come home.
It is only after Tyler and Romeo greet me that he gets his furry butt off the couch to come
say hello. Noah usually sleeps through my arrival. Sigh.....
