While I was pulling traps Sunday night, before the Raccoons wake up and start looking for food two guys walk past and one comments that "I fixed his cat and he didn't appreciate it".

hmmm, guess he would want to take responsibility for all the kittens his cat might have helped make (not ~ since he didn't even want to fix his own cat)

Ooh, how sad that you fixed his cat. The cat must be registered and part of a breeding programme and now you've ruined it, he said sarcastically.

to be honest, I probably have done that my self, If I see a stray around for more than three month, I live trap them and then find homes for them or release them back to their territory...

Rhona... you should have asked him for the money! That would have shut him up! I TNR'd someone's cat that lived in the same park I did. You remember, all those people complaining about feral cats. I even announced to everyone that I was live trapping that night and NOT to let your pets outside! Oh well...dumb is just dumb!
