There's always that little joke of cats being embarassed for being "nekked" but I have always thought they must feel so comfortable and free!!! Not getting fur stuck in their mouth or a heavy coat weighing them down. I'm sure she is so happy now! It is also a good time to get them used to being combed often since there aren't any matts to tug at...they enjoy it more!

Thanks everybody for your words of encouragement. I have always had cats and kittens since I was a little girl....but never had a persian before....they are worth every minute of my time....I find myself looking at things to buy her so that she remains healthy and happy.....found her laying on a table in front of the window this morning sunning herself....It made me so happy.....
